The adaptive optics system consists of wavefront detection, wavefront control, wavefront correction and monitoring systems. Piezoelectric ceramic deformable mirrors are the core components for wavefront correction. Driving piezoelectric ceramics often requires hundreds of volts of DC high voltage. In an actual system, the weak current signal output by the adaptive controller AD passes through the high voltage amplifier to generate high voltage power that can be used to drive the piezoelectric ceramic. For system safety and on-site debugging, the output voltage of the high voltage amplifier is often required to be high. Reliability monitoring. Based on this demand, a DC voltage monitoring and display system was designed to realize real-time monitoring and display of 20-channel 0~500V DC voltage on a single board. The actual test shows that the system works stably, with high reliability and high measurement accuracy. The full-scale linearity is better than 0.2%.
1.1 Introduction to Core Chip This system uses C8051F310 microcontroller as the core controller. The C8051F310 device is a fully integrated mixed-signal system-on-chip MCU chip. It has a high-speed pipelined CIP-51 core with a working frequency of up to 25 MIPS and 1 280 B slices. The internal RAM, C8051F310 with on-chip power-on reset, VDD monitor, watchdog timer and clock oscillator is a truly on-chip system that works independently.
The system uses CS5460A as the core measurement chip. CS5460A is a CMOS single-chip power measurement chip with active power calculation engine. It includes two gain programmable amplifiers, two delta-sigma modulators, two high-speed filters, and system calibration. And rms/power calculations to provide instantaneous voltage/current/power data sampling and periodic calculations with functional quantities, IRMS, VRMS.
1.2 System overall design System block diagram shown in Figure 1. After the input high voltage is divided by the precision resistor, the input voltage of 20 channels is switched by three 8-way analog switches. The CS5460A is used for time-division sampling and quantization, and 20 voltage measurement values ​​are output. On the one hand, the LCD displays in real time, and on the other hand, through RS.
