Abstract: The ion nitriding process has high requirements on the pressure control in the furnace. This paper designs a gas flow controller based on L298N chip driven DC motor control, which can be used to control the pumping gas flow rate of the reaction furnace and improve the furnace pressure. When the cone is precessed, the gas extracted by the aspirator is reduced per unit time; when it is rotated, the extracted gas is increased, so that the pressure in the furnace body is stabilized at a desired value. The change in furnace pressure is measured by a pressure sensor and passed through the transmitter to deliver a gas flow controller to the feedback voltage.
