Transceiver T2813 used in 2.45 GHz ISM band

T2803/T2813 is a transceiver used in the 2.45 GHz ISM band.

The main technical features are as follows:.

·Working frequency is 2.45 GHz; '

·Narrowband data transmission rate is 576 Kb/s (T2813);

·The power supply voltage is 3～4.6 V;

·The on-chip auxiliary voltage regulator voltage is 3.2～4.6 V;

·Low current consumption, the receiving current is 85 mA, the transmitting current is 54 mA, and the standby current is 10 μA;

· Support multiple reference clock frequencies (10.368/13.824 MHz);

·Synthesizer frequency width can be set (channel spacing is 864 kHz);

·Transmit preamplifier has 3 dB output power at 2.45 GHz (4 programmable power levels);

·No mechanical tuning is required in production.
