Abstract: This paper introduces the DM terminal management system, which aims to solve the problem of using mobile phone and terminal interaction after the occurrence of f*-I problem, improving efficiency and reducing cost. Using JSP and ORACLE as object-oriented interface and background data storage means, OTA is the design concept of remote wireless information transmission, using API as the interface for information exchange between the system and the outside world. Through this system, the terminal can be managed more quickly and effectively. Introduce the structure and function of the DM system, and introduce the concept refinement function implementation process of the DDF file node.

At present, due to the rapid development of information, the use rate of mobile phones is very high, so the problems generated are correspondingly increased. The failure of its internal plug-ins and the like brings great trouble to the user to use the mobile phone. The main goal of this project is to solve the current situation of high cost, long cycle and poor user experience. For the upcoming mobile phones, a terminal management module will be added. This module cooperates with the terminal management (DM) platform established by the project to jointly complete remote diagnosis and remote resolution of mobile phone faults, greatly reducing the cost of solving mobile phone faults. It is beneficial to enhance the user's viscosity to the operator.


1 system structure design
1.1 Framework of Terminal Management System The terminal management system consists of a terminal management system and a client. The information exchange between the client and the platform is based on the standard OMA-DM/DL (Open Mobile Alliance) protocol for communication management. The platform side is mainly composed of a DM (OMA Device Man-agement) server and a DL (OMA Download OTA, OMA Wireless Mode Download Packet Specification) server. The DM server provides the DM management function for the terminal based on the OMA-DM protocol; the DL server mainly provides the update packet download function based on the OMA-DL protocol for the terminal. The frame diagram is shown in Figure 1.

1.2 Structure of DM management system The application of terminal management system mainly lies in correcting terminal software errors in time. The terminal's software is flexibly updated and new functions are added at the same time. Compared with the previous system, the system uses the OTA air interface to realize wireless transmission of data.
The DM system is divided into functional logic: information management, function management, portal management, operation engine, test management, system management and unified interface. The logical structure of the DM management system is shown in Figure 2.

The unified interface is used to implement the channel that interacts with the background data through this system.
Information management mainly manages and authenticates the system operator, role, and terminal manufacturer information; provides management of terminal model, terminal user, terminal, and SIM card binding.
Feature management manages parameter configuration, information collection, firmware upgrade packages, business operations tasks, and policies.
Portal management manages the interaction interface and portal of operators, terminal vendors, customer service personnel, and end users.
The system manages statistics on business operations related data, operation logs, and management of operational nodes.
Test management The management of tests for terminal parameter configuration, information collection, and firmware upgrades.
The operations engine is the collection module for the functions implemented by this system.
1.3 DM Management System Function Implementation The DM system is established to complete the firmware update, information collection, parameter configuration, terminal locking and reset functions. The subsequent functions are dynamically added to the platform according to actual needs.
The firmware update mainly completes the problems in the terminal system and the repair of the bug through the over-the-air data link in the case of a new version, and the wireless download of the new version of the rack.
The information collection function completes the collection of terminal information. The purpose is to understand the status of the mobile phone, quickly diagnose the fault of the mobile phone, and propose a solution. The firmware update module is used to complete the solution data delivery.
Parameter configuration The terminal management system performs parameter configuration on the OMA CP that implements information exchange through the mobile phone short message and the OMA DM terminal that performs information exchange through the HTTP method. One is to solve the fault of the parameter error occurring in the terminal, and the new service can be realized. Unobstructed opening and optimization.
Terminal Locking and Resetting Function This function has a more realistic meaning. When a user loses a mobile phone terminal, there are two ways to lock the mobile phone through the air data link, so that all communication functions are in a stagnant state, or the mobile phone Restoring to the factory state, all the information in the mobile phone is cleared, so that the user's confidential information can be protected from being leaked, but only if the identity of the owner is verified and passed.


2 Conclusion Through the above introduction, a DM system is clearly presented. This system is now launched and put into production, in order to facilitate the wide application of the mobile phone terminal during the rapid development of information. Solve the possible errors and adapt to the current 3G, even for 4G needs. Through the remote wireless transmission interaction method, the efficiency of solving the problem is improved, and the user can enjoy the high speed and happiness of the information age more conveniently.
