3. Check for water and dirt in the cable well. If it is necessary, drain the accumulated water to remove the dirt.
4. The cable and cable head in the well should be completely clean, the grounding wire is good, and there is no heat and crack.
5. Whether the outer skin of the outer cable is intact and the support is firm.
6. Each team and patrol personnel should be familiar with the distribution of the cable lines.

Second, high voltage cabinet, high voltage ring network cabinet
A. The indicator light on the screen of the switch cabinet and the indication of the live display should be normal. The operation mode selection switch and the mechanical operation handle should be placed at the correct position. The power supply and voltage loop power supply closing instructions are correct.
The B, minute and closing position indicators are consistent with the actual operation mode.
C, screen meter, relay work should be normal, no noise, odor and overheating, the operation mode switch is normal in the "remote control" position.
D. The lighting inside the cabinet is normal. The equipment inside the cabinet should be normal through the observation window; the insulator should be intact and no damage.
E. There should be no discharge sound, odor and uneven mechanical noise in the cabinet, and the cabinet temperature rises normally.
F, cabinet, busway should be free from overheating, deformation, sinking, the screws of each closing plate should be complete, no looseness, rust, and the grounding should be firm.
G. There should be no air leakage in the arc-breaking chamber of the vacuum circuit breaker . The surface of the shielding device such as the glass material in the arc extinguishing chamber should have a golden yellow luster and no signs of blackening of the oxidation; the gas pressure of the SF6 circuit breaker should be normal; the porcelain part and the insulation partition The board should be in good condition, there is no flashover discharge trace, the joint and the circuit breaker have no heat. For the closed switchgear that can't directly measure the temperature, you can touch the cabinet of each switch cabinet when you patrol to confirm whether the switch cabinet is hot.
H. The operation structure of the circuit breaker should be intact, whether there is dust in the DC contactor, and whether the secondary terminal has rust.
I. The grounding is firm and reliable, and the sealing performance and anti-small animal facilities should be intact.
Third, the transformer
1. Whether the temperature of the transformer is normal, the temperature controller is intact, and the oil-immersed self-cooling transformer has a maximum allowable temperature of the upper layer of oil not exceeding 95 °C, and generally should not exceed 85 °C. The oil temperature of the upper layer of the transformer that forces the oil circulation to be air-cooled generally does not exceed 75 ° C, and the maximum does not exceed 85 ° C. The temperature rise of each part of the dry type transformer shall not exceed 100 °C (measurement method: resistance method). The temperature during operation is generally not more than 110 ° C, and the maximum temperature is not more than 130 ° C.
2. Whether the body and the high and low voltage terminals have signs of heat discoloration, and whether there is abnormal noise and odor.
3. No damage or vibration in appearance.
4. The temperature of each connecting wire and busbar rises normally.

Fourth, low-voltage power distribution cabinet
1. The main circuit (copper busbar), the knife switch of the branch circuit, and the fixing screw of the circuit breaker connection part, whether it corresponds to the instrument indication.
2. Whether there is any phenomenon of overheating and discoloration at the connection points of various parts in the output line.
3. Whether the three-phase load is balanced and the three-phase voltage are the same during operation, check whether the load voltage drop of the workshop exceeds the regulations.
4. There is no abnormal sound or odor inside the power distribution cabinets and electrical appliances.
5. The circuit breaker with arc extinguishing cover, whether the three-phase arc extinguishing cover is intact.
6. Check whether the circuit breaker and the electromagnet core are properly connected, whether the coil is overheated or the noise is too large.
7. Whether the busbar insulation clip is damaged or skewed, and whether the busbar clamp fixing screw is loose.
8. Is the surface of the power distribution cabinet appliance clean and the ground connection is normal?
9. Whether the doors and windows of the power distribution room are intact, whether the door of the power distribution cabinet is complete, and whether there is leakage in the roof of the rainy day.
Five, capacitor compensation cabinet
1. There is no discharge sound inside the capacitor; there is no bulge or oil leakage in the outer casing.
2. Check if the porcelain part is clean and there are no traces of discharge.
3. Whether the capacitor arrester is intact and the grounding of the casing is good.
4. Check if the series reactance of the discharge transformer is intact.
5. Check the indoor temperature of the capacitor, the minimum allowable temperature in winter and the maximum allowable temperature in summer should comply with the manufacturer's specifications.
6. Whether the fuse outside the capacitor is broken.
7. Check whether the three-phase ammeter is balanced, whether there is instability or surge, and the phase difference should be no more than 10%.
8. Is the discharge coil and the three-phase discharge indicator light good?
9. Whether the capacitor oil level is within the allowable range.
10. Whether the position of the capacitor breaker is correct.
Sixth, the power distribution room environment
1. There is a corresponding power distribution room sign on the door of the power distribution room, and the door lock is intact.
2. It is strictly forbidden to pile up debris in the power distribution room, so that there is no dust, sludge, no dust on the floor, no water accumulation, and the environment is clean and tidy.
3. The lighting in the power distribution room is good enough and the ventilation equipment is good.
4. The fire protection facilities are complete and effective.
5. The indoor ambient temperature of the power distribution room should not exceed 40 degrees, and the relative humidity should be less than 80%.
6. The drainage in the power distribution room is smooth, and there is no water leakage in the roof and underground. Insect control and anti-rat facilities are perfect.
