working principle:

The fluid flows through the sensor housing. Because the blades of the impeller have a certain angle with the flow direction, the impulse of the fluid makes the blades have a rotational torque. After overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance, the blades rotate. After the torque is balanced, the speed is stable. Under certain conditions, The speed is proportional to the flow rate. Because the blade is magnetically permeable, it is in the magnetic field of the signal detector (composed of permanent magnets and coils). The rotating blade cuts the magnetic lines of force and periodically changes the magnetic flux of the coil, thus making the two ends of the coil. The electric pulse signal is induced. This signal is amplified and shaped by the amplifier to form a continuous rectangular pulse wave with a certain amplitude, which can be transmitted to the display instrument remotely to display the instantaneous flow and cumulative amount of the fluid. Precautions for use

1. When using, keep the tested liquid clean and free of impurities such as fibers and particles. The purity of the fluid medium must pass through a 100mm filter;

2. When the sensor starts to use, the sensor should be slowly filled with liquid, and then the outlet valve should be opened (the valve should be installed at the back of the flowmeter). It is strictly forbidden that the sensor is impacted by high-speed fluid when it is in a liquid-free state;

3. The maintenance period of the sensor is generally half a year. During maintenance and cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts in the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. When assembling, please pay attention to the position relationship between the guide and the impeller;

4. When the sensor is not in use, clean the internal liquid, dry it and add protective covers on both ends of the sensor to prevent dirt from entering, and then store it in a dry place; (this is very important)

5. The equipped filter should be cleaned regularly, and the internal liquid should be cleaned when not in use. Just like the sensor, add a dust cover and store it in a dry place;

6. The transmission cable of the sensor can be laid overhead or buried (the iron pipe should be covered when buried).
