The electrical system of construction machinery is becoming more and more complicated, and a little care during maintenance will make small faults become big faults, resulting in greater economic losses. The notes are as follows:

1. First cut off the power

In order to disconnect the wires and connectors during maintenance, the power supply of the whole machine should be cut off first, otherwise the wiring harness, fuses and fuses will be damaged, and sometimes the natural disaster will occur due to the short circuit of the wires.

2. Correctly identify various wire colors

Imported construction machinery uses code to indicate the color of various wires on the wiring harness (see attached table) to distinguish different wires. The letter on the left indicates the background color, and the letter on the right indicates the color.

3. Connect and disconnect the terminal connector correctly

(1) When disassembling the wiring harness, grasp the connector and do not pull the wire itself; first loosen the latch before pulling the connector apart.

(2) When repairing the waterproof connector, pay special attention to not allowing water to enter the connector; if water enters the connector, it can only be reconnected after drying it.

(3) Before connecting the terminal connector, the terminal cannot be bent or extended to the outside; if the terminal has rust, it can be installed after being sanded off.

(4) When connecting the terminal connector with the lock, be sure to hear the click of the lock "啪".

4. Using circuit test instruments

(1) When using various circuit testing instruments, first understand the working principle and operating conditions, and prohibit unreasonable use.

(2) When measuring voltage and current, you should choose to measure the range appropriately to prevent damage to the meter and strictly measure the voltage in current and electric blocking.

(3) Before performing the measurement, check the number and position of the terminals to be measured according to the circuit diagram. If the size of the connector is too small and the instrument probe is too large to be measured, you can wrap or tie a thin wire on the probe. Wire or pin for easy measurement.

5. Read the circuit working principle diagram

The electrical schematic diagram is a diagram of the mutual relationship between the various components of the electrical system and the normal operation of the device. It is necessary to understand the influence of each component and device when the fault occurs, so that the maintenance work can be smoothly implemented, avoiding blind dismantling and unloading, and saving time.

6. Correctly identify each "ground" in the electrical schematic

The negative pole of the battery is a kind of "ground". Since the construction machinery uses the negative grounding, the negative pole of the battery is connected to the body, and the body becomes another kind of "ground". When the grounding performance is good, the two kinds of "ground" "It can be considered as a kind. The voltage and current measured for this "ground" refer to the voltage and current of the measuring point to the negative pole of the battery. In addition, due to the application of the microprocessor and a large number of electronic components and devices, a part of the pins are connected to form another "ground". This "ground" is generally relative to the power supply of the microprocessor, and the measured voltage and current are The voltage and current of the power supply to the microprocessor are measured. Therefore, when overhauling measurements, it is important to distinguish the relative "ground" of the measured parameters.

7. Make a record for technical analysis

When the electrical system is overhauled, the measured parameters may be many. If it is not recorded, some parameters may not be remembered when the analysis is completed, and some parameters differ greatly in quantity. Make a record and provide historical technical information for future troubleshooting.

8. Properly handle the wiring harness

When tying the wire harness, try to avoid hard folding and hard bending; the wire harness should be away from the moving parts to prevent it from being broken or worn; the wire harness should be as far away as possible from oil and water.

9. Pay attention to dressing or replacing the wire

When the wire is found to be worn, it should be bandaged or replaced immediately. It is best to use a water-discharging tape for the dressing.

10. Use fuses correctly

When replacing the fuse, be sure to use the same specification; the copper wire for emergency replacement should be as thin as possible to ensure that the fault will not be extended when the circuit fails.
