On March 17, 2012, Yaming Company and Dayou International Optoelectronics, LightingInvestment Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiwan Jingyuanguang) signed a "joint venture contract" in Shanghai to jointly establish a joint venture company (tentative name: Kunshan Yaming Dayou Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., manufactures HV-LED lighting modules and HV-LED lighting products.
The total investment of the project is RMB 100 million. The registered place is Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province with a registered capital of RMB 60 million. Shanghai Yaming invested RMB 30 million, accounting for 50% of the shares; Dayou International Optoelectronics invested RMB 24 million, accounting for 40% of the registered capital; Lighting Investment Ltd. invested RMB 6 million, accounting for 10% of the registered capital. 
The Board of Directors of Shanghai Feile Audio reviewed and approved the “Proposal on Establishing a Joint Venture Company of Shanghai Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Dayou International Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.â€, and the Board of Directors agreed that Shanghai Yaming Lighting will contribute RMB 30 million to Taiwan. A joint venture between Dayou International Optoelectronics and a LED lighting product manufacturing company in Kunshan, Jiangsu.
