The cost is much lower, it will be a strong competitor in the market for “sapphire†or “silicon carbide†substrate luminescent materials and device products, and has strong market competitiveness. It is predicted that the global high-brightness light-emitting diodes in 2006 Sales will reach $4 billion to $5 billion and will reach $10 billion by the end of 2010.
